Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW

Goole RLFC Ltd (trading as Goole Vikings) aims to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers.

Please note, our retail operation is not manned by full-time staff as we are still an emerging club, and therefore business operations are still growing.

Whilst we endeavour to commit to the delivery timeframes outlined, please be patient and allow for some discrepancies whilst we fine tune our operations.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, shipping times, and delivery services. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: Items such as custom jerseys or pre-orders may have longer processing times. Specific timeframes will be stated on the product page.

  • New Items: Some new items may take longer to process and deliver. Specific timeframes will be stated on the product page, even if the checkout still outlines standard delivery timeframes.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We can currently only offer standard shipping. We will look to enhance and improve this service in the future. 

UK Deliveries:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 working days.

International Deliveries:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please allow additional time for customs clearance if applicable.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method, destination, and total weight of your order. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Use the tracking link provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

Missed Deliveries:

If you miss your delivery, the post office or courier will advise on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order.

Delays:

While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues, or challenges to maintain stock levels. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shop@goolevikings.co.uk. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) for faster resolution.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

For international orders, additional taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

CLICK & COLLECT

Our Click & Collect service is currently unavailable. 

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at shop@goolevikings.co.uk. Once your order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
